Hillbilly Tea is a fantastic part of Louisville and quite possibly my favorite thing about downtown! Located on First Street between Market and Main, this tea house has been my foodie dream with in a dream and home away from home. When owner Karter asked me to photograph their new “tea shirts” I knew there was no other answer than “YES!” I think one of my favorite things about this place is the family of employees that make anyone feel at home. I have had friends travel all the way from Michigan just to get engaged AT the restaurant. It’s that kind of place y’all! From your first time to your um, more than I’d like to admit – you always will feel like family at Hillbilly Tea!
